At the IU Foundation, we are committed to retaining both the public and the private trust. The Foundation openly discloses information about its policies, activities, financial statements, and other information to further understanding of its mission and operations.
We meet hundreds of regulatory requirements at the federal, state, and local levels in human resources, legal affairs, real estate management, financial affairs, and many other areas. We often exceed regulatory agency requirements to provide better information and service to Indiana University and its donors. For example, the Foundation is one of only a few university foundations in the country to have an internal auditor.
