The IU Foundation has the responsibility to be accountable to our constituencies: to our Board of Directors (who serve without remuneration and at their own expense); to Indiana University and its leadership, faculty, staff, and students; to our donors; to our volunteers; and to the IU Foundation staff.

One of the ways in which we are accountable is to make accessible materials which we believe should be available to those who care about the mission and success of the IU Foundation in bringing private-sector resources to Indiana University.

• Financial audit conducted by our external auditor, Deloitte & Touche LLP
• Annual report of giving and activities
• Report on the cost of fundraising
• Investment performance reports
• IU Foundation’s operating budget, including funding sources
• Our policies on disbursement of gift funds, investment policies, and expenditure guidelines
• Contract for service between Indiana University and the Indiana University Foundation
• Policies regarding the establishment of fundraising priorities
