Gage Mersereau

I came to IU knowing what I wanted to accomplish academically, socially, and athletically. Thanks to the many opportunities that my scholarship makes possible, I am able to strike a balance among my interests and achieve all of my goals.

Undergraduate Scholarships

Each year many of Indiana's brightest college students receive outstanding educational opportunities through IU Bloomington's endowed scholarships. The Wells Scholars Program, the Kelley Scholars, the Hutton Honors College, and the Cox Scholarships, for instance, offer dozens of these students the financial and experiential resources they need to achieve their potential.

Unfortunately, for many deserving IU students, such opportunities still remain out of reach. The steeply rising cost of a higher education prevents some of these students from realizing their dreams. Increasing competition for top-caliber students among universities across the nation means that Indiana exports its most precious resource: curious young minds.

Your gift of a scholarship will allow eligible IU students to do more, learn more, and achieve more. It will provide the cornerstone of knowledge and good works for generations of Hoosier students. And it will help extend IU's ability to educate tomorrow's politicians, scientists, artists, teachers, and entrepreneurs.
