Joyce Rogers is the executive vice president for development at the Indiana University Foundation. She provides strategic oversight of the development function to uphold the organizational mission of maximizing private support for Indiana University. Joyce collaborates with leaders and fundraisers across the university and the Foundation to build upon existing strengths and identify new innovations necessary to maximize private support for the university. Joyce previously served as vice president of development at the IU Foundation and worked closely with the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Multi-cultural Affairs at Indiana University.
Prior to her time at the IU Foundation, Joyce served as vice president for development at the Ivy Tech Foundation, and held various leadership roles, including president and chief executive officer and chief operating officer at the Indiana Black Expo.
Joyce holds a doctor of jurisprudence degree from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law, a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University, and has been admitted to the Indiana State Bar.
