At the IU Foundation, we nurture a workplace culture that encourages and supports diverse perspectives and voices. By leaning on one another’s expertise, celebrating our accomplishments, and supporting each other in all that we do, we maximize our talents in service to IU.

From onsite yoga and cardio classes to after-hours walking clubs and trivia groups, you’ll find plenty of ways to connect with your teammates at the IU Foundation.

For example, you might:

Participate in FUNdation Committee activities like A Night at the Ballpark, National Pizza Day celebrations, the Back-to-School Supplies Drive, or Ultimate Frisbee
Take advantage of free health and financial coaching, offered onsite
Lend your talents to the YMCA Corporate Challenge and help the IUF best other organizations around Bloomington in events like volleyball, 3-on-3 basketball, and golf

If you invest in the foundation, the foundation invests in you—and the returns are endless. A few years ago, I was nominated to join LEAD at the IUF, a cohort that goes through a rigorous, eight-month process intended to groom up-and-coming leaders at the foundation to be ready for their next position. I credit that opportunity with how prepared I felt to take on my current role here.
