Leslie Kaiser serves as the vice president of strategic initiatives and board engagement at the Indiana University Foundation. Leslie manages the IU Foundation Board of Directors while also providing leadership for advancement strategy and analytics and the day-to-day activities of the IU Foundation President’s Office.
Leslie’s tenure at the IU Foundation is marked by several roles, including executive director of board and volunteer engagement, director of parent engagement, and manager of strategic engagement, principal gifts.
Leslie’s career began in community events coordination, and she has a robust background in employee wellness. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in criminal justice and sociology from Indiana University.
