Julie Beth McFall is the senior vice president of human resources and culture at the Indiana University Foundation. She leads the human resources strategy, which includes recruitment, talent development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Julie Beth most recently served as chief human resources officer at the Branch Group, a commercial construction company in Roanoke, Va. During her tenure, she focused her efforts on talent recruitment, development, retention, succession planning, and created strategies for inclusion and culture. Prior to joining the Branch Group, Julie Beth was the vice president of human resources at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, a global corporate travel, meetings, and events company. She led a global team, developed a human resources strategy to support business strategy, worked with leaders to create a strategic culture roadmap, and developed a new talent review and succession planning process. She also has worked in medical device and consumer retail.
Julie Beth has a master’s degree and a PhD in organizational behavior from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, a master’s degree in labor and industrial relations/human resources from the University of Illinois, and a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from Miami University.
